There are many good reasons to come and play golf on the Old Course or the Wandlebury with friends and colleagues, and enjoy a great day out.

Great Courses

• We have two high standard 18 hole courses to choose from.
• The traditional Old Course has been on the Gog Magog Hill for over a century and provides a stern and enjoyable test.  It is the home of the Lagonda Trophy.
• The Wandlebury Course has a layout designed to test the modern golfer, with bunkers in just the “wrong places” and greens with plenty of slopes and borrows to add interest. It is also a regional qualifying course for The Open Championship.
• Both courses have excellent views across local countryside, giving a lovely spacious feel to your day out.

Comprehensive Practice Facilities

• Warm up on the fully-equipped driving range and chipping area, with greens and representative practice bunkers.
• Concentrate on your putting: each course has its own putting area that reflects the types of green on that course.
• You may want to start your day with a golf clinic from one of the pro team.

A range of packages

• Are you looking for a basic round of golf, or would you like to dine before or after your game?
• Would you like us to help with lessons, prizes or after dinner speakers?
• We have a range of seven packages tailor-made to fit with all requirements for 12 players or more. Have a chat with the office to work out the best programme to suit your, or your society’s, needs. 

All year play

• The courses roam over free-draining chalk hills.  The porous sub-soil means play takes place virtually all year round; the courses do not suffer from water logging that can afflict lower lying courses in the winter months.

Full Support

• Everyone at the Club works to make your golfing experience as enjoyable as possible: the office strives to provide a smooth and efficient booking process; the pro-shop is available to provide you with all your golfing needs; and our friendly marshalls and event secretary are there to ensure your event runs like clock work on the day
